UCG's cricket bat repair service offers expert repair solutions for your cricket bat. Please find the details below:
Service Provided: Cricket Bat Repair (In-Store and Online)
Edge/Face/Shoulder/Toe damage
Handle replacement
Gutting/Threading/Binding
Toe Water Proofing
Online Repair Orders:
• Note: The minimum repair window is three weeks from the date of receiving the bat.

Here are the steps for customers to follow once an order is placed:

1. Ship the bat to the following address along with the Order # and customer contact details:
USA Cricket Gear: 14028 Bel-Red Rd, Suite 201, Bellevue WA 98007, United States

2. Share the tracking ID with USA Cricket Gear via phone or email.

3. USA Cricket Gear experts will assess the bat's condition to ensure the correct order category was selected.
• If it's correct, the service will be initiated.
• If not, a discussion with the customer will be initiated to determine the next steps.

4. Keep track of the progress through email or phone conversations with USA Cricket Gear.

5. Once the service is completed, USA Cricket Gear will require a return label for shipping.

Note:
Customers are responsible for providing shipping labels for the return as well.
